The brief for this project was to design, create and install a front garden that would be both aesthetically pleasing but practical by enhancing the front of the property and creating parking space for two family vehicles.
The customer wanted to incorporate a lawn, boundary hedge and something a little different from their fencing - a traditional inter-woven fence to divide the property from the neighbouring properties.
Andi Way, Boningale's award winning garden designer who was hired for the project, developed the clients ideas into a design which naturally flowed with gracious curves and softened the hard landscaping elements with carefully selected planting.
'The Woven fencing was chosen because of both the quality and durability of the product bit it represented something out of the ordinary - the product is not usually seen in a residential area.' Andi commented.
Tobermore Tegula heather paving was utilised, which edged the lawn and provide a turning circle in the Tarmacadam driveway. Indian sandstone circular paving kit was also installed which provided a small courtyard effect outside of the front door, enabling planters and associated pots to be used. The new front hedge was planted using an evergreen Taxus this to demarcate the boundary line between the public footpath and the boundary of the driveway
Steve Boningale’s Garden Creations Manager told us 'Our client is delighted with your fencing products in every way. The 1.22m high Woven panels and slotted posts were chosen to compliment the soft and hard landscaping of the garden and finished the job off to a high standard. We have received comments from the clients neighbours and prospective new customers saying how different the style of fencing is.'
Many thanks to Boningale Garden Creations for sharing their quality project with us.
