Diamond Rail / Knee Rail Fencing
Posts for diamond / knee rail fencing with birds mouth top are 91 x 91mm in a softwood planed finish, available in lengths of 0.90m and 1.2m.
Rail for diamond / knee rail fencing are 70 X 70mm nominal section. Standard rail length is 3.6m (200936) with posts spaced at 1.8m centres. Posts can be spaced at 1.2m centres if a heavy duty knee rail fence is required.
Galvanised strap to secure post to rails with 50mm nails (800710 for stainless steel or 800110 for galvanised).
The following products can be used as rails but the above 3.6m rail is recommended. 2.7m rail with 1.35m post centres (640600) or 1.8m rail with posts spaced at 1.80m centres (640300) long.

Birdsmouth post and rail is called so as the posts in which the diamond shaped rail sit into, look like an open birds mouth.
