Our products are generally bulky and heavy, so we mostly deliver on our own lorries with forklifts mounted on the rear. Our drivers are instructed not to take their forklifts or vehicles off a hard road surface. Smaller products may be packed and delivered by a carrier.
For orders to be collected from our depots, please call your local depot.
Please note, carriage will be applied at checkout and will be calculated against a valid postcode. You will have the option to proceed or not to final basket completion and payment. Delivery Lead times
Our lead times on some products may have been extended.
Due to unprecedented demand, our lead times may have increased meaning you may have to wait longer for some products to be delivered. We recommend you do not plan your installation date until the product has arrived. We will inform you of the estimated delivery week/ lead time when we have processed your order or for our latest lead times, please call.
Once we have received your order, a member of our sales team will check it for completeness and contact you by phone or email to advise of any anomalies and provide an estimated delivery time.
If we cannot fulfil the order within an agreed timescale you will be given the option to cancel and a full refund will be given.
