No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification.
Entries must be made by the person entering the competition. Entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.
The closing date for entries is midnight on the 10 May 2022. Entries received after this date will not be counted.
Entrants must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry and UK residents subject to other terms mentioned here.
Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria but no other purchase is necessary.
It is the responsibility of entrants to notify HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd of any change of contact details. Proof of identity may be required.
You may enter the competition via Instagram
Jacksons Fencing reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
In the event of more than one correct entry, there will be a draw to decide the winner and there can be only one winner.
The winner will be announced on Instagram following the competition close date. If a winner does not respond to Jacksons within 4 days of being notified on Instagram, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Jacksons shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from Jacksons within 4 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Jacksons shall be entitled to select another winner.
After the closing date for entries, HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd will contact the winner using their Instagram account.
The winner of the competition agrees to their name and their city/town of residence being on social media and wherever HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd deems reasonable.
The prize is not transferable to another person.
The winner may be required for promotional activity.
No part of a prize may be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
The prize is subject to availability or cancellation and HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of an equivalent value.
The payment of all costs and expenses not specified in the competition rules are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner by Jacksons within a reasonable time period.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
Jacksons Fencing does not endorse any Prize supplied by a third party, nor does it endorse the third-party supplier. HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd is not responsible for prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd of that, or any other, right or remedy.
Jacksons Fencing shall not be responsible for damages, loss or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the competition. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of Jacksons Fencing’s negligence.
HS Jacksons Fencing and Son (fencing) Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
