Posts used to install our Lighter Garden Gates
On this page you will find gate posts used to install our lighter garden gates. The garden gate product page will specify the post that is required.
We have two options for our lighter garden gates of either:
- Square 91 x 91 garden gate posts - often used when a gate is installed independently.
- Standard slotted end posts - for use when installed at the end or in the middle of a fence run.
Wall plates are also available if the gate is to be installed against a wall.
Note: Gates and posts are supplied in natural Jakcured finish and guaranteed against rot and insect attack for 25 years. When cutting or drilling this product we recommend using Jakcure® Cut Treatment to ensure cut timber is not left untreated.
The table below should help work out the length posts that are required for our most common gate heights in a standard environment.
