All Jacksons timber products carry a 25-year Jakcure Guarantee against rot & insect attack. Jakcure is a unique pressure preservation process which penetrates into the heart wood, to deliver lasting protection designed to deliver a timber product that will last in excess of 25 years, offering an economical and environmentally responsible approach to buying timber.
25 YEAR TIMBER GUARANTEE
Jakcure is our unique ISO 9001 accredited process that allows preservative to penetrate deep into the timber through total immersion and vacuum pressure. This provides the timber with a 25 year guarantee against all wood-boring pests and all forms of wet and dry rot. Jakcure conforms to BS 8417 and will not soil hands or clothing. It is harmless to man, animal and plant life. Non-inflammable and non-corrosive, it has no unpleasant odour and does not reduce the strength of timber or make it brittle.

25 YEAR SERVICE LIFE GUARANTEE
All of our steel fencing and gates are covered by our 25 year Service Life Guarantee against inherent defects such as design, manufacturing, finish and fitness for purpose. If any problems occur during the lifetime of the guarantee, which are not the result of acts of vandalism, accidental damage, operator misuse or unsuitable operating environments, we will replace the item free of charge (excludes locks, bearings, rollers and other parts subject to wear and tear).

25 MONTH AUTOMATION GUARANTEE
All automation products supplied and installed by Jacksons are covered by a 25 month parts and labour guarantee, subject to a service contract being taken out in the second year. If any problems occur during the lifetime of the guarantee, that are not the result of acts of vandalism, accidental damage, misuse or unsuitable operating environments, we will replace it free of charge, including the cost of installation.
